We have a winner!

Thanks a ton to all of you who weighed in on the sleep question, I appreciate the feedback.  The comment that got me the most was the one about even full nights of sleep not seeming like enough because you’re playing catch-up for the missed sleep on other nights.  SO true, no matter how much you get regularly!

Anyhow, without further ado, the winner of the batch of cookies is …. CindyD!  Congrats CindyD … please let me know if you have any allergies, etc, before I bake and send :).  Thanks to everyone who played!

Question of the Week | March 23rd

How much sleep do you get per night?

I’m sleep deprived at the moment, hence the question. It seems there’s never ever enough time to sleep. Is there? I know it’s about priorities sometimes, but a lot of it just seems to be getting the basics done, and of course the feeding and waking of kids for the first few years. I don’t know what other corners I can cut, and yet I still feel tired a lot of the time. I get a lot of exercise on most days, eat pretty well when I remember to, and get about 6 hours a night, from 1am to 7am. I know I need 7.5 to 8 to feel rested. I’ve had several nights lately of only 3 or 4 hours, and that really doesn’t cut it! I certainly don’t feel too sane either  Fynn’s nap just dropped to 1.5 hours (from 2.5 to 3) and I’m rather keenly feeling that loss also!

So how much sleep do you get?  How much do you need?  And when do you get it?
Just want to know what the range is out there :).
